While we’re all adhering to the Movement Control Order (MCO) and staying safe at home, keeping up with our usual workout classes and routines can be tough if we’ve been dependent on fitness centres. But thanks to modern technology, getting back on track has never been easier as we’re able to choose from an array of fitness apps to following real-time workout classes via Instagram and Zoom. Aside from that, fitness channels on YouTube have become one of our favourite ways to get our workout done (or when those live sessions are over and we’re in need of more!).
