While baggy tees, shorts and trousers will forever be my go-to’s when saying home, my time spent working from my bedroom desk has got me thinking about investing in comfortable and cosy loungewear. Why? Because not only does it elevate my stay-at-home look, but it can also do wonders in brightening my mood whether it’s a slippery, soft kimono or a laidback hoodie-and-sweatpants set. Luckily, Love, Bonito and Monki have just released their new loungewear collections while Pomelo has launched a sale for selected loungewear pieces and I’ve already started eyeing some favourites. Check them out below!
Entering the loungewear territory, this fashion label’s debut collection takes inspiration from modern women, keeping in mind comfort and style at the same time. Made out of breathable rayon, the collection features kimonos, shirts, camisoles and dresses in delicate floral prints and a colour palette that exudes the ultimate feeling of tranquillity. I can already see myself in these dreamy pieces with a warm cup of tea in hand while watching the rainfall.
If you love wearing sweats at home like I do, Monki’s range of at-home clothing will suit your fancy. Using soft fabrics, the line of dresses, tees, hoodies, sweatpants, wide-leg trousers and more allow you to choose from co-ordinated sets for a head-to-toe look or make it your own by mixing and matching the pieces. Look out for the scrunchies and socks to go with your outfit too!
As Pomelo’s Mid Season Sale is happening now till 30th April, you’ll also be able to enjoy discounts up to 60% off on its wide selection of stylish loungewear. From slogan tees to polka-dot pyjama sets, some of my favourites from the range include the printed tie-waist robe, it’s matching wide-leg trousers and yellow satin shirt for a bit of a fun luxurious feel at home. Then on days when I’m in the mood for something cute but still relaxed, I’d go for the tie-dye printed dress with a pair of fuzzy slippers!
