Training will feel like a breeze.
Thanks to Nike, I had the opportunity to review the Zoom Fly 3 over the past week and if you’re curious about what makes this so special, here’s what you need to know.
According to Nike, it’s the first time in Nike history where the Zoom Fly 3 receives a comfy upgrade in the women’s collection design to have a softer sockliner with a higher arch – and yes, they do fit well like a sock. Besides the fact that this pair is in my favourite shade of blue, I was really impressed with how snugged it felt when putting it on. Also, what leads to an adjustable fit is due to the new arch-band lacing system, giving out that sense of comfort for a girl like to me attend my fitness classes or to just cross things off my checklist in general when I’m running errands.
Honestly, I’m not really much of a jogger, so I decided to test this out during a HIIT (High-Intensity Tactical Training) class recently and was blown away after an hour of sweating it out in these kicks. Staying true to its name, the Zoom 3 gave me that bouncy and airy feel when I work on my lunges and mountain climbers – all thanks to the comfortable cushioning and carbon-fibre plate for that extra push.
Beside the bounciness and comfortable grip, the shoe is also designed to minimize Achilles strain, thanks to its cushion and stacked height. Isn’t that great?
Whether you’re a runner or just a fitness junkie, I feel like this Nike pair is great to add on your wishlist. Hint: It’s still not too late to gift this to yourself for Christmas!
