10 Coachella 2016 Outfits You Can Recreate

The past weekend might be just another ordinary weekend for all of us back here in Malaysia, but for the rest of the world (probably only America), it was the start of the Coachella music and arts festival.

Founded in 1999, Coachella started out as just an annual music and arts festival but it soon became one of the largest and most profitable music festivals in the United States with celebrities and festival goers from all over the world flocking to sunny California in their best festival outfits. Hence making Coachella equally a fashion ‘red carpet’ event as it is a festival today.

Because we’re blessed with warm weather all year round, we’ve rounded up our fav looks from the first weekend of Coachella that we think are pretty simple to recreate.

Bandannas, flower crowns, neck chokers, destroyed denim shorts, cute bralets, boho prints, side-slit skirts, cowboy boots and everything sheer, lace and off-shoulder! Now it’s your turn to look festival fabulous!

Spring is nothing on Olivia who’s looking casual chic with an all black ensemble. Notice that helicopter behind her? Now we call that arriving in style!

We can’t decide what we love most about this pic. Chiara’s braided hair, the way the light falls down on her skin, her mini Louis Vuitton backpack or her powder blue lace dress.

Victoria’s Secret model Taylor Hill is channelling her inner John Lenon with a pair of Hippie Retro Round Frame Sunglasses.

American model Devon Windsor is showing off her effortless Coachella-ready look by layering a dress over a pair of black denim shorts.

Sara looking like a sun-kissed angel with an all-white outfit. We’re loving her cowboy hat too!

Not only does this new haircut look amazing on Kristina, we’re filled with envy of how awesome her leg looks peeking out of that side-slit maxi skirt of hers.

Eleanor Calder is killing it in the fashion department with her lace-up dress. Bonus points for styling her bag handle with a bandanna that matches the colour of her boots.

Got an old graphic t-shirt at home? We reckon you can DIY your own crop top just like how Chanel is wearing hers! All you need is a pair of scissors.

Off-shoulder everything is all the rage now and it definitely looks good on Brazilian-American actress Camilla Belle.
