At the young age of 17, she released her debut single ‘Knocking On Your Heart’ which landed on the Top 20 spot on the iTunes Alternative Chart less than 24 hours after its release. Her subsequent singles were also a hit on the charts but it was the release of ‘Pretty Girl’ that shot her to fame internationally. The song was written by Maggie herself “to show people that there’s more to girls than just being pretty” and it peaked at eighth place on the UK Singles Chart and landed on the 24th spot on Spotify’s Viral 50 chart. It was also her first song to peak at 50 on the US Pop Radio Charts.
Now 20 years old, Maggie has earned a huge fanbase from all around the world thanks to her songwriting style that stay true to her personal experience and emotions. Whether it’s about struggling with friendships or mental health, her super relatable music lyrics never fail to touch the hearts of fans closely.
