Here’s How To Purchase BTS Idol Dolls And UNO™ In Malaysia

Rejoice, BTS ARMY! Be prepared to expand your BTS merchandise collection with these dolls!

Back in January, Mattel Inc. announced that they’ll be blessing the world with Kpop boyband BTS’s doll replicas and now, the wait is almost over!

The famous maker of our beloved Barbie dolls announced the global pre-sale of both the BTS dolls and special edition UNO™ last Wednesday and the Malaysian BTS ARMY can anticipate bringing home the entire collection of BTSxMattel Fashion Dolls in the next few weeks.

Inspired by the global superstars, the dolls strongly resemble the BTS members, with each and every replica dressed in looks inspired by what the band wore in their Idol’ music video which broke the YouTube record for most-views in 24 hours. With rooted hair and 11 points of articulation, fans can even tweak their dolls to pose in many of the boyband’s iconic dance moves.

Aligned with the global pre-sales dates, The BTS IDOL Doll and special edition UNO™ BTS cards can be pre-ordered now at Toys “R” Us Malaysia online website for RM104.90 per doll and RM25.90 for the UNO™ cards. Other retailers will also commence sales for both the dolls and card game on 15 August onwards, including Hamleys, Isetan, SOGO, Robinsons, Tesco, Popular Bookstores, 7-Eleven, MyNews, Metrojaya and Lazada Mattel e-Store.

Apart from the seven dolls, UNO™ BTS brings fans and card game lovers together with a colourful deck featuring images of BTS members on each card. Just like the classic UNO™ game, the game is played by matching cards by colours or numbers, with play-action cards such as Skip, Reverse and Wild Draw Four still included to outpace your opponents. However, when the special ‘Dancing Wild’ card is played, the next player must perform their BTS dance routine or draw three additional cards.

In addition to the launch of this exciting collaboration, BTS ARMYs will also be treated with a special interactive LED display at the entrance of Pavilion Kuala Lumpur on 15 September from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. The two-hour special will feature an interactive screen where fans’ real-time photos will be uploaded as a unified collective photo together with their idols.
