Just because you and your friends aren’t physically together, it doesn’t mean you can’t hang out and do exciting activities together. You’ll be surprised by how many fun things you’re able to try out remotely. Plus, if you’ve been feeling a little anxious cooped at home for such a long period of time, talking to a friend and doing things together can greatly benefit your mental health.
Besides having regular FaceTime sessions with your besties, give these innovative social distancing activities a try.
1. Workout together
No gym? No problem. Set a time to video call your besties every day so that you can all sweat together with at-home exercises. It doesn’t have to be hardcore workouts – simple ones like crunches, glute bridges and planks work well. If you’re all feeling competitive, you can even compete against each other to see who can hold a plank longer or do more crunches.
