2. Skip the daily hair wash
Perhaps one of my biggest guilts: washing your hair every day sounds like a hygienic thing to do but it’s actually very damaging to your strands in the long run. This is because shampoos are designed to clean the scalp and remove oils so if you’re doing it daily, your hair will eventually lose its natural oils and become frizzy. Try washing your hair three times a week and if you can’t resist washing them daily, skip the shampoo and rinse it with water instead. Make sure to condition your ends if you’re rinsing to prevent any breakage.
