FEMALE Beauty Faves: Sadie Sink’s Rosy Pink Touches At The SAG Awards 2020

The 26th Screen Actors Guild Awards’ red carpet was graced with glitters when Sadie Sink made her appearance in a Gucci black and pink gown. But while her polka dot tulle sartorial with crystal embroidered trim was the center of attention that evening, close-up photos of her makeup look on Instagram highlighted her red carpet beauty even further.

Stunned in a rosy, pastel pink look, Sadie’s makeup colour was a perfect match to her pink polka dot dress. Her makeup artist Kayleen Mcadams shared on Instagram some tips on how she used Giorgio Armani’s products to achieve that soft, feminine effect, and they’re all surprisingly easy to recreate!

Before she started the glam-up process, Kayleen prepped Sadie’s under-eye area with Skyn Iceland Hydro Cool Firming Gels which she placed in the freezer for a few hours to maximise the cooling effect. For foundation, she used Giorgio Armani’s cult favourite Luminous Silk Foundation in shade #3. Her secret to creating a luminous and natural-looking base is to mix two pumps of the foundation with a pump of Giorgio Armani Fluid Sheer in shade #2 before buffing the mixture into the skin.

The hint of rosiness on Sadie’s cheeks is not a result of a blush product but instead, the iconic Fluid Sheer in shade #8 which Kayleen swears by to allow “the apples of the cheeks to glow up to the next level”. For the signature pinkish eye shadow, Kayleen used Giorgio Armani’s Eye Tint in shade #27 all over the eyelids before finishing with a lighter shade just in the inner corner of the eye and brow bone.

After curling her eyelashes, Kayleen applied two coats of the Eccentrico Mascara to define the lashes, before curling it again and sweeping more formula to enhance the volume. Lastly, she applied Rouge Ecstasy Shine Lipstick in shade #507 in the center of the lips, tighten the edges with the lip liner, and went back and applied another layer of the lipstick just in the center to help the two products blend together.
