2. Goji berries
You’re probably aware of these red berries that can be found mainly in East Asian soup dishes. Elderly women used to swear by goji berries to treat signs of early ageing due to their high concentration of antioxidants, vitamin C and beta-carotene. To create your own mask with this ingredient, simply steep the berries in hot water and apply the liquid on your skin with a cotton ball once it has cooled down. You can also eat them to help strengthen your immune system and release toxins from the skin.
