In an article published on The Guardian, Dr Lydia DonCarlos from Loyola University, Chicago, states that while a child needs 9 to 11 hours of sleep, those between the ages of 18 and 64 need 7 to 9 hours of sleep to be able to be productive the next day.
The lack of sleep often leads to health-related problems that can affect your daily productivity.
