How awesome would it be if you could upgrade your economy class seat to a first class or business class seat for FREE? Yes, that’s right, you’ll get to enjoy all the comfy seats or bed, devour first class fancy meals, have a little glass of champagne if you’d like and of course a fuss-free flight to wherever you’re heading…but there’s a catch!
You have to find…THIS GUY.
This here is Gilbert Ott, he’s a travel blogger on godsavethepoints.com. He often writes daily tips and tricks on traveling – from budget, travel points hacks, tips to accumulate airline miles points and ticket deals.
Following the footsteps of his hero, Richard Branson, who always comes up with amazing (and fun) promotions, for the whole remaining months of 2017, he’s going to gladly trade his first class or business class seats to whoever that catches him in any airport, provided you’re flying on the same flight as him.

Look out for this all year round business and first class flyer in airports at the check in counter, security lane, terminal, lounge or even boarding gate.
“If you can crack the code or just get purely lucky and happen to see me wandering aimlessly in an airport, you can have my seat. That’s right. I’ll happily trade my bed for whatever seat you have, even on long international flights.” said Gilbert on his post.
And when you do find him, you’ve got to say, “Gilbert, GodSaveThePoints. I want your seat”.
He’ll be dropping clues here and there of his whereabouts in the week and days before his flights. He has shared a teaser map on where his destinations are going to be – Europe, Asia, and Africa.
He also revealed his current upcoming flights – American, British Airways, Japan Airlines, Delta, Alaska, Qatar, Swiss, Lufthansa, Thai Airways, Cathay Pacific, Finnair, Etihad.
But we did a little digging ourselves and he’s mentioned a couple of specific countries and places he’ll be traveling to in one of his recent posts this month.
“I can’t quite give away the exact dates we’ll be in each city publicly, but if anyone emails, I’ll be happy to share. Nonetheless- we’ll be in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Vancouver, Tokyo, Doha, Sydney, Auckland, Queenstown, Luxembourg, Oslo, Dublin, Seattle, Zurich, Mumbai, Delhi, Agra, Udaipur, Kyoto and probably a few I can’t remember at the moment,” said Gilbert
You’re welcome and good luck!
