If you’re a frequent user of the Grab app for its e-hailing service and GrabFood, it’s most likely you’ve noticed the integration of the food delivery app into the main app last week. And now, the app announced that it’s evolving even further to add new services that’ll enable users to plan their trips in real-time!
Users can now expect three new services added to the mobile app – Tickets, Hotels and Trip Planner – to serve their everyday needs with more value and greater convenience.
With all these features in a single app, users can not only book for their accommodation for travel in Southeast Asia but also search, compare and purchase cinema tickets seamlessly as well as plan for travel with ease.
Rashid Shukor, Head of Operations of Grab Malaysia, said, “We are excited to offer these new services to our customers, giving them better access to the services that matter the most to them. A day with Grab can now be seamless from planning your commute to work to ordering your next meal and getting ready for your next movie date or holiday trip. You do all these from the palm of your hand, through one app, enjoying exclusive offers and even greater value when you pay with GrabPay and earn GrabRewards points. These points can in turn be used for more discounts or vouchers on other transactions.”
While we’re excited to check out all these features, they’ll be progressively rolled out nationwide from 25 April onwards and made available to all users by June 2019.
