Take an hour out of your Saturday morning to clear your mind cos from 9-10am, lululemon athletica KL will be hosting a Zentangle workshop led by experienced yoga teacher Ninie Ahmad. If you’re confused about what Zentangle is, it’s basically the act of doodling structured patterns (or as Ninie calls it, ‘Yoga for the Fingers’) to increase focus and creativity whilst decreasing stress. Don’t worry, if you’re not a natural artist, just bring a comfy cushion, yoga mat and thick book or magazine to rest your paper on! Ninie will guide you through the rest.
