Fan of French food? You’ll want to read this.
The Good France food festival is back on 21 March 2019 for the world’s biggest event celebrating French gastronomy. This year, the event will see over 5000 chefs participate across 150 countries and 5 continents to share the delights of both French cuisine and responsible cooking!
Orchestrated by the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and chef Alain Ducasse, Good France was first held in 2015, but this event actually sees its roots in history. It is inspired by Auguste Escoffier, who launched the “Diners d’Epicure” (Epicurean Dinners) initiative in 1912, serving the same menu, on the same day, in several world cities, to as many guests as possible.
From 21 – 24 March 2019, chefs from around the world will cook up a French-style dinner, with a focus on more responsible cuisine.
Here in Malaysia, 20 restaurants will participate and offer up their own special Good France menus! Swipe through to discover the restaurants and their menus.
