“I like Alexis’s delicious Tiramisu, or Su’s Durian Cheesecake (don’t judge until you’ve tried it!), or even SugarLou’s Red Velvet-Chocolate Ganache cake. It’s so hard to pick one – they’re all so good!”

“The McCANN peanut butter chocolate chip cake from sayaBake has my vote for some good homemade taste cakes. With peanut buttercream, chopped roasted peanuts and salted caramel – I think I just drooled!”

“Strangely enough, (because I don’t usually take caffeine) I love the combination of coffee cheesecake. I used to get mine from Bakerzin because theirs was just mind-blowing, but to my world-crashing despair, they closed down here. But apparently, it’s still available in Singapore, so, yay?”

“Overall, I’m a big fan of anything that has fruits on it. Having said that, 2016 has been a year of chocolate for me. One specific cake I can’t seem to stop craving for is the Triple-Chocolate Salted Caramel Cookie Cake from Morningwood Cafe in SS15 Subang Jaya. I swear they added drugs into that cake (kidding) cos I just can’t seem to stop going back for more!”

“Lé Triannon’s signature three-layered cake tastes just like Ferrero Rocher, but better. Think pure dark chocolate ganache dusted with dark cocoa powder for the top layer, a dense and crunchy praline mix sandwiched in the centre, and a base of wafer-like biscuit bits. It was love at first bite, literally!”

“When it comes to cakes, Bisou’s red velvet cupcake always hits me in all the right spots! It has just the right balance of sweetness (well for me at least). One is never enough.
