Soup Dubarry (Other option: Seafood Duo)

Oh yes, this has been a dish that I’ve been always been curious to try as I’ve always been fascinated with the tiny bubbles above the soup when I saw others ordering it. Made from cauliflowers, truffle, poached eggs and cream of spinach, I didn’t regret selecting this at all. The soup was extremely creamy but it wasn’t too heavy. The distinctive taste of cauliflower was something that I really enjoyed (yes, I do love cauliflowers), but if you aren’t really a fan of it, not to worry as the the taste of the poached eggs and cream of spinach plays becomes stronger after a few spoons.
