This sashimi bowl is a fresher take on the poke bowl as the salmon sashimi is cut fresh upon order and prepared without dipping into any sauce. The bottom layer is your choice of base and I recommend to go for the cauliflower rice as it’s lighter than the sushi rice. You can pick four choices of vegetables from five options beetroot, carrots, yuri, cherry tomatoes, and corn. Edamame, ebiko and chuka wakame are served in all bowls.
