A meta-analysis published in the British Medical Journal in 2017 revealed that drinking two cups of coffee a day could increase a person’s life expectancy by up to two years. The research found that drinking three to four cups of coffee daily can help lower the risk of death and heart diseases compared to zero coffee consumption.
And that’s not all! The benefit of drinking coffee also includes a lower risk of some cancers, diabetes, liver disease and dementia. These findings were supported by the latest meta-analysis published in The European Journal of Epidemiology too!
