Because are we truly Malaysians if we don’t have a bucket list of places we want to dine at saved in our phone?

We can spend all day long talking about why we love Penang but push the local street food aside, the other reason we’d gladly make that four-hour trip from Kuala Lumpur to Penang is because of the amazing cafes that can be found here! No wonder Georgetown made it to Lonely Planet’s Top 10 Cities list earlier this year.
I recently went back to Penang (yup, I’m a Penang girl) and I just couldn’t believe the amount of new cafes that has popped up in the past few months. Since I’m an absolute gem, I’m going to share some of the top cafes that my friends have been talking about, and in return, you can try them on my behalf (no way I could have finished visiting all these cafes in 48 hours) and leave me a comment below on which you think are worthy of a visit.
1. Casa Calda Café
Address: 8 Lorong Bangkok, 10250 Penang
Opening Hours: 8:30am – 2pm, 6:30pm – 10pm (Tuesday to Sunday)
