Add a dash of bohemian into your style with a tribal necklace and the best part is, you can just make it yourself!
Psst… there’s a giveaway at the end if you’d rather have a ready-made one (and for free too)!
What you need:
- String or embroidery threads in two colours
- Beaded chain
After determining your desired length, use one string to wrap one end of the rope, along with a thread and a beaded chain.
TIP: Cut beaded chain about two inches shorter than the rope to ensure that the length of both rope and chain are equal at the end.
Glue it after you’ve wrapped it until the end and leave about four inches of string loose.
Wrap thread around the beaded chain and rope, and repeat the step with the string. Your necklace is complete!
