Cara Delevingne teamed up with PUMA to produce the highly anticipated Docu-series, ‘DO YOU’. Across several months of seeking out, Cara got to meet and have a sit down with different groups of women with interesting life stories and determined mind sets to help change the world and finding ways to improve it. Thus, DO YOU’ is born! Featured in four-parts, the film campaigns speak out on topics like youth empowerment through poetry, bullying, and self-defense.

“This is one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had in my life – it really was completely life changing. What affected me was watching these young women and seeing what their stories were, what they are struggling with. But what shocked me was their strength, and it inspired me to create this docu-series with PUMA because I wanted to do more to give women a platform where they can share their own stories.” said the 25-year-old on her life changing experience.

In the first episode, Cara visits the refugee settlements in northern Uganda with UNHCR and expresses her touching experience and motivation to impact the lives of young women everywhere. In the following episode, we’re introduced to a Los Angeles-based program called ‘Get Lit‘. Set up by a group of girls with the intention to “increase literacy and empower youth, and inspire communities”.

Cara continued the series by going into a hand-to-hand self-defense class with Dr. Ryhana Dawood, founder, and instructor of Martial Smarts and spoke with bullying survivors, Natalie and Daniella, who share their first-hand encounter with bullying and how they have overcome it.

If you want to be apart of the ‘DO YOU’ movement, Cara and PUMA will select 10 lucky women to come aboard and meet with Cara herself to speak about their life experiences, inspirations, and dreams. All you have to do is share your ‘DO YOU’ stories with the hashtag #DoYouStories.
