We’re all guilty of caring more for our face than the rest of our body parts. It’s time to put an end to that and start sharing the love!


1. Scalp


Think of your scalp as the soil in your garden. You’ll never be able to grow an abundance of plants and flowers on unhealthy, infertile ground – just like trying to achieve a healthy head of hair with a neglected scalp. Take some time during your daily shower to massage your head from top to bottom and on each side to increase blood flow, which in turn promotes hair growth and strength. You can even do this prior showering by massaging in coconut oil and leaving it for 20 minutes before rinsing off with shampoo.
