There’s just something about the smouldering beauty of a Brazilian supermodel.. just think of Adriana Lima and Giselle Bundchen and how they seem to just light up a room! Or a runway, for that matter! Here’s how to get that little something-something with makeup, thanks to Nic Chapman from Pixiwoo. And the best part is, you don’t have to jet off to Rio for a taste of Brazil!
The look is inspired not just by Brazilian supermodels, but by the looks she saw everyday women wearing in Brazil. The focus is on flawless but natural skin, and a smokey eye blended so well it could be worn casually or during the day.
1. The Skin
A glowing base goes a long way towards concealing imperfections without relying on a heavy mask of foundation. Nic starts with the Kiko Radiant Boost Primer to impart a seriously illuminated perfecting finish to her skin, before blending in the Nude Expert Duo Stick foundation by By Terry.
2. The Eyes
For a subtly smoking eye, Nic opts for a liquid shimmer shadow: Suqqu’s Glow Touch Eyes in 101, which goes on super pigmented but blends out easily and seamlessly. She then deepens the shadow with Heatwave, a matte rusty red shade from the Urban Decay Beach Palette.
Finish off with a sharp liquid liner wing and lashings of mascara for a sultry finish!
