2. Drink plenty of water
Inside-out hydration is the key to achieving radiant skin. However, this simple tip is often neglected because we’re always too busy to keep track of our water intake. If you’re only hydrating yourself when you feel super thirsty or hitting the gym, you’re silently torturing your skin. If your body is dehydrated, it’ll show on your face with superficial fine lines. Make it a routine to drink at least eight cups of water daily.
