1. The Pho-ny Pony

Gather the top half of your hair while adding some strands from the sides (near your ears). Tie it on top of your head as if you’re wearing your hair half-up. Form a second ponytail with the rest of the hair at the bottom. Secure it with a smaller rubberband to ensure it lies flat against your head. Done!

TIP: For more texture, give your locks a bit of a wave with a curling tong beforehand.

2. The Twisted Pony

Take the side of your hair and twist it to the back. Pin it with a bobby pin and repeat on the other side. Pull your hair together into a ponytail and remove the bobby pins. Voilà!

TIP: Hide the rubberband by taking a few strands of your hair from under the ponytail to wrap it around the elastic. Pin it in place.

3. The Triple Twist Side Ponytail

This pony is a little similar to No. 2, but with three times the twist! Just section the top half of your hair into three, giving each section a twist before securing it with a small transparent elastic. Then, gather all of your hair to the side into a ponytail!

Gather one-third of your hair at the top and secure it tightly with a rubberband. Continue with another one-third of your hair at the centre part of your head. Finally, tie them all together into one low ponytail at the bottom.

TIP: Prep up your hair beforehand with a little hair mousse to tame flyaways.

Pull your hair into a ponytail. Proceed to secure it with another elastic about 2-3 inches away. Repeat till you reach the ends. Slightly tease and fluff out the hair in between to create a ‘bubble’ shape.

TIP: You may choose to hide the elastic by wrapping a few strands of hair around it.
