The fashion icon looks no different as she did when she was a member of the Spice Girls and we think a lot of that comes down to diet. In an interview with Net-A-Porter, the designer shared that she struggled with problematic skin just like many of us. She overcame the issue after her dermatologist Dr Harold Lancer advised her to eat salmon every day. While it may sound a bit far-fetched, she also credits eating the right food including avocados, nuts and seeds (all very rich in healthy fat), as well as wearing sunscreen daily for having clear skin. Looks like it’s time to stock up on more good fats and cut down our intake on processed food.
